Welcome to Inline AI! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Inline AI's Chrome extension.
By accessing or using the Inline AI extension, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use this extension.
License
Inline AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Inline AI Chrome extension for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit the Inline AI extension, in whole or in part, without Inline AI's prior written consent. You also agree not to use the extension in any way that may violate any applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and patents, in the Inline AI extension and its contents are owned by or licensed to SK Digitals.
Limitation of Liability
Inline AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Inline AI extension.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inline AI, its affiliates and maker, from and against any claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Inline AI extension.
Payment and Refunds
Users must pay the one-time license fee to access Inline AI. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor. Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Inline AI. If users have any doubts about the product, they are encouraged to try out Inline AI by contacting the admin before making a purchase. Users may be eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the product.
Termination
Inline AI may terminate your access to the Inline AI extension at any time, with or without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your use of the extension.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Changes to Terms of Service
Inline AI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Inline AI extension following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
